Novij Protocol

Novij Protocol is Web3 infrastructure for application systems. Application data is encrypted locally before it is sent, while decryption keys remain with the owner and authorized participants. Storage keeps encrypted blocks, and Relay verifies signatures, operations, and billing without access to plaintext application content. Owners can grant, limit, or revoke access through keys and access policies.
