Limitly

Limitly is an iPhone app for setting boundaries around distracting apps and websites using Apple Screen Time. Choose apps with Apple’s picker, set recurring schedules for work, study, wind-down, or sleep, or start a one-off Quick Focus session. The free plan includes one active recurring schedule. Limitly Plus removes that cap and adds Strict and Focused modes; Focused mode allows one 15-minute break. Available for iPhone on iOS 18.2 or later.
