Jefe helps restaurants in Spanish-speaking Latin America manage direct orders through an AI WhatsApp assistant, a restaurant-owned online store and operations tools. Menus, opening hours, delivery zones and integrations depend on the restaurant and market. Staff supervise orders and handle exceptions; automation does not remove the need for human oversight. Pricing starts at a 5% commission per order, with payment processing included. Final rates, taxes, implementation, integrations and support are confirmed in a written proposal; there is no single flat price for every restaurant. Marketplace fees vary by country, provider and contract, and savings are not guaranteed.
