About this project

Picking a franchise in the Philippines usually means collecting brochures that each quote numbers in their own format, so FranchiseNegosyo was built as a side project to put every brand on the same footing at franchisenegosyo.com and make the comparison itself the product.

Every brand page shows the franchise fee, the total investment range, the royalty and the payback period in one fixed order, which means two brands can sit side by side without anyone having to translate between sales decks. The full list of Philippine franchises can be narrowed by budget, industry, format and city, for example the franchises that fit a 200,000 peso budget or the home-based and online franchise formats that need no storefront at all.

Local pages go down to trade and city level, such as the water refilling station franchises in Mabalacat, and the Negosyo Map shows where brands and their competitors already trade before anyone signs a lease. From any brand page a visitor can ask for a free franchise advisor, or put a question to SagotFN, an AI helper that answers only from that brand's own page.

The readers are mostly first-time franchisees in the Philippines and OFWs planning a business back home, so the guides lean practical, like this piece on why the absentee owner idea rarely holds up in Philippine franchising. Feedback from other makers on the comparison layout and the filters is very welcome.
