ChambaNOW

ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects people who need help with local day laborers and trade workers: moving, yard work, cleanup, construction helpers, painting, handyman jobs and more. Launched in June 2026 and based in Sacramento, CA.

For hirers: post a job for free and we notify nearby workers. You can message workers about the job you posted. Job posts are auto-translated between English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier. New hirers get a free month with unlimited job postings.

For workers: ChambaNOW is always completely free. Post your skills and availability and get notified as soon as a job near you is posted.

Today ChambaNOW gets over 100,000 visits a month and thousands of workers have signed up.

Feedback welcome, especially on the hirer job-posting flow.
